XEND™ is our official courier. Provincial shipment is via Xend’s partners: 2GO, AP Cargo

Php 89.00 for Metro Manila Deliveries
Php 179.00 for Provincial Deliveries

**Shipping fees are subject to change based on our promos so watch out!**

For international addresses, please take note that we ONLY ship Anemone products internationally. Shipping fee and Freight charges vary from each country.

 

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING LEAD TIME

Orders will be acknowledged and processed once you receive the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL from our payment gateway and our ORDER RECEIPT from us. Acknowledged orders placed beyond 9:00AM will be processed the next business day.

1 – 2 days for acknowledged orders placed from Sunday -Thursday
2 – 3 days for acknowledged orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays

**For SALE Season, processing of orders may take 2-5 business days. **

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

**The following are based on XEND™’s transit time**

 

METRO MANILA DELIVERIES

Next business day upon pick up.

 

PROVINCIAL DELIVERIES

1 – 3 business days upon pick up within Xend’s serviceable areas (excluding Holidays and Sundays) provided that:

  • The address is complete
  • Receiver is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery.
**Xend only delivers to office addresses Monday to Friday.**

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

 3 – 7 business days from release from Customs of destination country

**ONLY Anemone products are available for international shipping.**

 

To track your order, please use the tracking number sent to you in the confirmation email.

XEND™ shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  1. Failure to provide accurate delivery address information
  2. Consignee’s refusal to accept shipment
  3. Customs clearance procedures or those other regulatory agencies including delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or missing custom documentation, or by adherence to our policies regarding payment duties and taxes.
