1. For SALE items, we strictly do not accept Return / Exchange. Please make sure of the size of your order. See our “SIZE GUIDE” section for your preference.
  2. We do not accept refunds, returns and exchanges if you receive them with no defect or damage.
  3. For hygienic purposes, we STRICTLY do not allow returns and exchange of Anemone and PilyQ Swimwear.
  4. Should the conditions above are met, email to initiate return. But please take note that:
  • Exchange of our items other than swimwear are subject to availability of stocks on hand
  • Return of item(s) should be made within seven (7) days upon recieving the item(s).
  • The product tag should still be intact with the item(s), and that the item(s) have not been used.
  • The shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer (return of shoes to shipper and sending the shoes back to customer.)
