HOW TO ORDER

  1. Browse through our products that are already categorized for an easier shopping experience.
  2. Click the product(s) that you like. Bonus: You’ll see further product info and more images of your preferred product(s) in different angles – this will get you more excited!
  3. Choose your size, put quantity of your order(s) per style and click “Add to Cart”.
  4. Review your item(s) at My Cart – you may still update the quantity of your order(s) here!
  5. To pay for your item(s), click Proceed to Checkout and fill out necessary information.
  6. Choose your preferred payment method and you will be redirected by then for further payment instructions.
  7. Wait for the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL from our payment gateway and our ORDER RECEIPT – this means that we got your payment and we are already processing your order! To see processing and shipping lead time, see “Shipping Information” section of our website.
  8. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
  9. Your item(s) will now be delivered at your doorstep! To see the delivery lead time, see “SHIPPING INFORMATION” section of our website.
**For SALE items, we strictly do not accept Return / Exchange. Please make sure of the size of your preferred item.**

PAYMENT PROCESSING ASSISTANCE

  1. After adding the items to your cart, review your items
  2. If you are sure to pay for your items, click Proceed to Checkout
  3. After filling out necessary information, you can choose to pay via Credit Card, Paypal then click Place Order

FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

  1. Choose Visa or Mastercard
  2. Enter the required credit details
  3. Click Submit to continue with the payment
  4. Pesopay will notify you if your transaction is successful or unsuccessful

FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

  1. You will be redirected to the Paypal website for the payment
  2. Choose to pay with your Paypal account
  3. Fill out necessary information
  4. Paypal will notify you if your transaction is successful or unsuccessful

*In case of manual transactions through PayPal, you may send your payment at toms@swimphilippines.com.ph

FOR ONLINE BANKING, OVER-THE-COUNTER ATM, BANK AND NON-BANK, BPI GLOBE BANKO, GLOBE GCASH AND DRAGONPAY PREPAID CREDITS:

  1. You will be redirected to DragonPay for the payment.
  2. Choose your preferred payment option
  3. Payment instructions will show upon choosing your payment option
  4. Enter your email for further payment instructions from DragonPay
  5. Upon payment, DragonPay will notify you through email that the transaction is successful

 

***Should you change your mind about your order, please cancel the transaction to avoid having “Pending Payment” transactions in your account.
***Processing of payment may take a few minutes, please wait for the notification if your payment is successful or not.
***If you close your window while the payment is processing, this will fall under “Pending Payment” status and your payment will not push through.

 

STATUS UPDATES OF ORDERS:

 

PENDING PAYMENT

Your order is “Pending Payment” once you have clicked Proceed to Checkout button and have chosen your preferred payment option. This is not yet a paid transaction and to complete the payment, please check your email for further payment instructions

PROCESSING

Your order will be updated to “Processing” once your payment is accepted by our payment gateway.

COMPLETE

Your order will be updated to “Complete” once your item is shipped out for delivery.

CANCELED

Your order will be updated to “Canceled” once you have clicked the Cancel Button in Peso Pay or Paypal, or once you failed to pay within the alloted time that DragonPay has set.
